Step 1: Install the App

The Toki app is available under 'Toki – AI Translator Earbuds' on both major app stores, rated 4.7. Compatible with iPhone and Android phones. Everything – language pairs, translation modes, offline downloads, and device management – lives inside this app.

Step 2: Pair the Earbuds With Your Phone

On iPhone: swipe into Settings, choose Bluetooth, wait for the Toki model name to show up in the scan list, tap it.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not appearing during scan?

The case lid needs to be fully open. If scanning finds nothing, press and hold the control surface on one earbud until the indicator light resets, then run the scan again.

Start button not working?

The app requires both a mode selection and a valid language pair. If it still won't begin, check your subscription status in the app settings.

Both Toki models use the same connection process. Hardware differences between Pro-5 and Air-3 don't affect setup.
