Return and Refund Policy

At TOKI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.

This policy applies to purchases made through https://tokitranslator.com.


1. Return Eligibility (General Policy)

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received;
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components;
  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be eligible only for a partial refund.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery;
  • You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

The product must be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


3. Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards;
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase;
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to TOKI.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • In-ear headphones;
  • Earbuds;
  • Any products that come into direct contact with the ears.

If hygiene-sensitive products are returned after use, with broken seals, or showing signs of wear, TOKI reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Discounted products remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.


4. App Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription through the TOKI mobile application:

  • Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store;
  • TOKI cannot process app subscription refunds directly.

Please manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email  info@tokitranslator.com with your order number and reason for return;
  2. Include photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part;
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service;
  • TOKI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned incomplete;
  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by TOKI.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us promptly at  info@tokitranslator.com;
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

We will offer a replacement, full refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return under this policy.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account;
  2. Contact your payment provider;
